The NuBench AI native app is built with React Native and wraps the full web experience with deeper system access. It is currently in development and will be submitted to the App Store and Google Play before launch.

Open chat.nubench.ai in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the toolbar.
Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
Confirm the name and tap "Add" — the NuBench AI icon appears on your home screen.
Open it and sign in. The app works in full-screen, offline-aware mode.

Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" (wording varies by Chrome version).
Confirm — the NuBench AI icon is added to your home screen.
Open it and sign in. The app runs in standalone mode, indistinguishable from a native app.

The mobile app has access to every feature available on desktop: conversations, agents, knowledge base, shared conversations, file attachments, and voice mode.
When connectivity is lost, the app shows a clear indicator rather than failing silently. Outgoing messages are queued and sent when connection is restored.
The same classification rules, DLP scanning, and budget enforcement that protect desktop users apply on mobile. PHI and PII data are protected regardless of device.
Get notified about agent task completions, shared conversation replies, and budget alerts — even when the app is in the background.
The native app supports Face ID and fingerprint unlock. When you return to the app from background, biometric authentication ensures only you can access your conversations.
