- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then.
- What counts as AI cost?
- AI cost is the token spend billed directly by model providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. NuBench passes this through to you at cost plus the applicable volume markup shown above. You can view the per-request breakdown in your admin console.
- Can I use my own API keys?
- Yes. Bring Your Own AI Keys (BYO) is supported at all tiers. When you supply your own provider key, the markup on that key's spend drops to 0%. The full governance pipeline — budgets, DLP, audit — still applies.
- Are there overage charges?
- No. NuBench enforces hard budget caps inline, before any model is called. When a budget cap is hit, AI requests pause and users see a clear message. Nothing goes over — overage is architecturally impossible, not just reported after the fact.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit card for trials and all monthly invoices under $25,000. Workspaces that exceed $25,000 in monthly AI spend are automatically migrated to ACH payment rails. Custom invoicing is available for Enterprise contracts.
